Chère Marie, Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez trouvé notre emplacement et notre rapport qualité-prix satisfaisants. L’ibis Budget Brugge Centrum Station est en effet situé à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre historique de Bruges, un site du patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO, offrant une accessibilité pratique à nos hôtes. Cependant, nous regrettons que certains aspects de votre séjour n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez trouvé le sol de votre chambre collant et nous prenons note de votre commentaire pour veiller à la propreté de nos chambres. Concernant la literie, notre concept Cocoon prévoit que les lits superposés ne soient pas faits à l’avance, mais le linge de lit nécessaire est fourni pour permettre à nos hôtes de préparer le lit à leur convenance. Nous comprenons que la vue sur les voies ferrées et le bruit peuvent être dérangeants pour certains de nos hôtes, bien que nos chambres bénéficient d’un triple vitrage phonique pour minimiser toute perturbation sonore. Nous avons également des chambres plus calmes situées côté jardin, loin de la gare, que nous serions heureux de vous proposer lors de votre prochaine visite. Finalement, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié notre emplacement privilégié. Moreover, we are disheartened to learn about your breakfast experience.
